The service
Orderico reads information from stores you connect, creates social media posts and related content, and lets you review, schedule, publish or download them. Features may change as we improve the service.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity in your account and workspaces, including team members you invite.
- You must have the authority to connect each store and social account you link.
Your content and responsibility
You keep ownership of your products, photos, brand materials and the posts created for you. You give Orderico permission to use this content only to provide the service. You are responsible for reviewing posts before they are published, including prices, offers and claims, and for following the rules of each platform you publish to. If you enable automatic publishing, you accept that approved settings may publish without a further review.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Orderico to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, to spam, to interfere with the service or to access it in unauthorised ways.
Third-party services
Orderico connects to services such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, Wix, Squarespace, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Google. Their availability, permissions and terms are controlled by those providers, and Orderico is not responsible for their actions or outages.
Trials, plans and billing
- New trials last five days from your first store connection. There is no permanent free plan.
- Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
- Allowances reset monthly and unused allowances do not roll over. Purchased credits follow the expiry terms shown at purchase.
- You can cancel at any time. When access ends after cancelling depends on your billing provider and is shown before you confirm. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds.
- Prices and taxes are shown at checkout. We will give notice before changing the price of an existing subscription.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Orderico available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled publishing depends on connected platforms and may be delayed or fail; Orderico shows the status of each delivery.
Results
Orderico helps you market your products, but we do not guarantee any particular sales, reach or engagement.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Orderico at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk. You can request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Orderico is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and tell you about significant changes. Continuing to use Orderico after changes take effect means you accept them.
