Disconnect a store or social account
- Sign in to Orderico and open Settings → Connections.
- Choose the store or channel and select Disconnect.
- Its saved access tokens are removed and new deliveries stop.
Remove Orderico from Facebook or Instagram
- Open your Facebook settings and go to Apps and websites (or Business Integrations).
- Find Orderico and select Remove.
- Orderico automatically deletes the Meta account identifiers, access tokens and related delivery records for that connection and provides a confirmation link where you can check the status.
Posts already published on Facebook or Instagram stay on those platforms; delete them there if you wish.
Delete your Orderico account and data
Email help@orderico.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm the request and delete or anonymise your account, workspaces, connected-account data and generated content, except records we must keep for legal, tax or security reasons. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.
