Who we are
Orderico (“we”, “us”) provides software that creates social media posts from online store products. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@orderico.com.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and password (stored as a secure hash), plus workspace and team settings.
- Store information: when you connect a store, we read products, photos, prices, stock, collections, and order and review data needed to choose what to promote and to report results.
- Connected accounts: access tokens and account identifiers for the social, catalog and messaging services you connect. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Content you create: brand settings, generated posts, captions, edits, approvals and schedules.
- Results data: publication status and the metrics channels make available for posts published through Orderico, and link opens or storefront visits you choose to measure.
- Billing information: subscription and payment status from our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical information: basic logs, device and browser details and error reports used to keep the service secure and working.
How we use information
- To provide the service: read your catalog, create posts, schedule and publish them when you approve or enable automatic publishing.
- To measure results and improve which products and posts are chosen for your store.
- To send service emails, reminders you opt into and billing notices.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your store data to advertise to your customers.
AI processing
To write and check posts, product facts, brand preferences and copy are sent to AI providers. Photo-based studio requests may include a reduced product photo. Background scene generation sends only the chosen setting and brand colour. Templates make no AI request.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Orderico, under appropriate agreements:
- Hosting, database and file storage providers.
- AI model providers used to prepare and check content.
- Payment providers that process subscriptions and purchases.
- Email and messaging providers used for reminders and notices.
- Error monitoring used to diagnose problems.
- The platforms you connect (for example Shopify, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Google), when you ask Orderico to read from or publish to them.
We may also disclose information when required by law.
Data retention
We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you disconnect an account, its access tokens are removed. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your data unless we must keep some records for legal, tax or security reasons.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correct or export your information.
- Disconnect stores and channels at any time in Settings.
- Turn reminders and notifications on or off.
- Request deletion: see data deletion instructions.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. Contact help@orderico.com and we will respond within the time required by law.
Cookies
Orderico uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect your account. We do not use advertising cookies.
Security
We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage of access tokens and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting you, we will notify you as required by law.
Children
Orderico is a business service and is not intended for children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the date above, and tell you about significant changes.
